Return to Classic 9x12 Navy Wool

Inspired by traditional Persian designs this new collection of fine hand-knotted rugs is woven using hand-spun wool sourced from Afghanistan.

The wool imparts it an edgy, abrash look and has bulky hand to give the rug design a long life. 

What sets these designs apart is the unique dyeing process. The outer layer is dyed leaving the inner area undyed. This results in a softening of the colours.

Additionally, we also follow a very distinctive process of hand-shearing, creating ridges across the rugs giving it a unique texture which gives the rug design a luxurious feeling.
