Clearance/Sale Items Guidelines.

Clearance item sales are final.
Any sale items returned are subject to exchange for equal value or store credit only within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Regular priced items returned within 15 days are entitled to a full refund or exchange or store credit. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item (if shipped). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There will be a refund charges of 2.65% on credit card charges originally paid by us as merchant fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of order to cancel.
After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by Indo Designer Rugs and cannot be refunded.
