Cowhide rugs have become a popular choice in modern decorating. They seem to fit equally well in casual cottages and modern loft apartments.

You can find solid varieties to give you that stark contrast in a room. You can find classic black and white patterns with spots, or multi-colored hides.

 Our cowhide rugs are handcrafted by master weavers in Rajasthan, India. They are real animal-hide with hair left on for texture. It has skins from cows and buffaloes primarily. Maintenance is a bit tricky as leather does not deal with spillage very well. So they have to be handled with care. Crumbs and dust can be cleaned using a broom.
